The best time to visit India is from October to March. India is large with diverse weather patterns. The Himalayas stop cold winds from reaching most of India so winters remain warm and summers can get very hot. The majority of India is tropical and is affected by three main seasons; summer, winter and monsoon. The alpine Himalayan foothills including Darjeeling and Shimla have distinct seasons but travel is possible year round. December and January are the coldest months, when temperatures in Darjeeling drop to nearly freezing at night, Delhi is relatively dry and temperatures are more moderate. The best time of day to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra will vary according to the season you visit. If you are travelling from November to February, fog can sometimes obscure your view in the early morning, so it is best to go later in the morning. If you plan to visit India for its beaches, Goa enjoys pleasant temperatures year round with low temperatures around 24°C, dropping a few degrees from December to February and rising a few in April and May.

Thailand is made up of three major seasons, the hot season from April to June, the rainy or green season from July to October and the cool season from November to March. Best time to visit Thailand is in the cool season from October to March, when temperature is good and skies are clear. The rainy season varies in Thailand’s southern beaches and when Phuket is drizzly, Koh Samui may be sunny. Some travellers think the best time to go to Thailand is the green season when it is less crowded and prices are at their lowest.

 

BEST TIME TO VISIT VIETNAM

The best time to visit Vietnam is in spring, from February to April and in autumn from August to October. The temperatures are more moderate and rainfall is lighter. In spring, March and April have the lowest rainfall across all destinations and temperatures are pleasant though still cool in the far north. If you are planning to see the whole country, deciding on the best time to visit Vietnam can be complex. Vietnam has huge regional range, however it is a truly year round destination you can travel to any part of Vietnam during any season is possible. Sapa is in Vietnam, Sapa’s climate is very periodic with temperatures reaching 29°C (84°F) in summer down to freezing in winter. Humidity ranges from 75% to 90%, but summer months are the rainiest especially in July and August. The best time to travel is from March to April for warm and dry and if you are going in October and November is cooler climes and clear days in Sapa. Beaches in the south boast warm temperatures year round with highs around 30°C (86°F), Nha Trang is affected by monsoon season from September to January, when typhoons do infrequently hit they often cause heavy rain and long drizzly days. Phu Quoc and Mui Ne experience rainy season from June to September, and while Mui Ne has a less rain, it still experiences some light afternoon showers. Con Dao is hot and humid year round, with a wet season from May to November while July through September can see heavy rain at night.

 

BEST TIME TO VISIT SRI LANKA

The climate of Sri Lanka is amazingly complex. Sometimes the temperatures are equally constant through the year an average of around 26 to 30°C it is often much higher at noon time. It is usually hot and humid by the coast. Sri Lanka has a tropical climate with separate rainy and dry seasons but it has two different monsoon seasons as well as an inter-monsoon season. Low season is from May to August when the monsoon hits but it is still a reasonable time to visit Sri Lanka.
