I booked my ticket yesterday, after failing to online self-checkout at the end I spoke to an agent called Nimra who was very polite and made the whole booking quick and easy for us. Received my receipt and e-tickets the next day. I am a bit worried now after reading the 1* reviews, hopefully everything will go well! If not, I'll certainly come back here and amend my review. But for now, 4* due to not being able to pay online.
Unfortunately a military coup took place the evening before our flights and British airways cancelled our flights. I spoke to Moiz Siddique of dwt, he helped organise replacement flights for the next flights leaving. Very good customer service especially at this stressful time. He and dream world travel was very good .I would thoroughly recommend Moiz and dream world travel.
There are a few reviews on here suggesting dwt are a scam and are paying for five star reviews.Well I for one am not affiliated to dwt except as a customer and I have not been scammed and my review is genuine and the reason I give review is because I am generally impressed.

I booked several European flights with DWT. My credit card bank was being temperamental in approving international purchases. Moiz Siddiqui, the reservation consultant, helped me get the bookings done, payments processed, issued e-tickets, followed up (both email and telephone) to ensure I had everything and was satisfied. Very professional. Very responsive. Would gladly use Moiz for future travel.
Unfortunatelly, due to unforseen circumstances my fligt was cancelled. I found out about it just 2 hours before the plane takeoff. I called dream world travel and Mr. Moiz Siddiqui answered. I tip off the hat to Mr Moiz and the services he provided during our telephone talking for more than half an hour. First of all, he was talking very politely and nice to me. Moreover, he was extremly clear in explaining my steps in order to rebook the flight. Also, he was not bothered by spending more than 15 minutes over his office time in order to make sure that I got the ticket and can flight away. I personally beleive that Mr Moiz deserved a reward for the service he provided in the last minute of flight. I guess both of us felt like 00 agents who saved the world just one second before catastrophe.
Hazel is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.
